February Freezer Cooking
Howdy! We hope your February has so far been filled with all things lovely, and beautiful, and most importantly, chocolatey!

February is Freezer Cooking Month and a Couple of Changes
We're still working on ways to be prepared in the kitchen, so freezer cooking is next on our list of recipe themes.
In my book, there are 3 different ways to do freezer cooking depending on what works best for your family:

- cook meats in bulk and freeze in meal size portions
- cook entire dishes in advance and freeze to reheat later
- freeze entire dishes before cooking so they will be fresher
